In order to create interest in the built environment, this project borrows from the fashion industry in its utilization of the visual language of cut, pleat, and flow. The soft nature of fabric is reflected throughout the interior so as to retain focus on product.

FLOOR_06
The sixth floor serves as the nerve center for production and operations. A communal cafe located near the main stair is a feature of the floor that fosters connections amongst the employees.
FLOOR_07
Functioning as the reception for Golden Touch, the seventh floor hosts an elegant showroom that continues the concepts of cut, pleat, and flow. This floor also has open offices that showcase the work process, as well as an upscale pantry and private showrooms.
ENTRY AND RECEPTION
The entry and reception allows for users to have a first glimpse of the upscale design that is both simple and refined. The space is open and bright with a pop of the brand color, yellow, visible in the lounge sofas to create a welcoming atmosphere. High-end finishes were also selected to compliment the sense of warmth.
OPEN OFFICE
The open office uses light colors in order to continue the language of the reception and maintain a bright environment. Along the perimeter of the open benching stations are sleek, minimal clothing racks to allow for the products to be easily displayed to potential clients.
SHOWROOM
Custom black steel garment racks were designed to showcase the clothes from various heights and views to prospective retailers. Small pops of color in the accent beams and chairs were used to bring a liveliness to the space without distracting from the products on display.
PANTRY ELEVATIONS
Pantry designs were kept simple with contrast and interest provided by a vertically-run colored subway tile. The use of floating shelves gives the client the ability to elevate the space while still maintaining a sleek feeling.
